2015 World Junior Prospects - Calgary Flames

The World Junior Hockey Championship is not only a tournament to showcase Canada's best under-20s but some of the top young players from around the world.

Dec. 28: Rafikov scored the game-opening goal in Russia's dominant win over Switzerland.

Dec. 29: Rafikov logged an assist and four penalty minutes in Russia's loss to Sweden.

Dec. 31: Rafikov was minus-2 in Russia's preliminary loss to the Czechs.

Jan. 2: Rafikov picked up a late interference penalty in Russia's quarter-final win over the U.S.

Jan. 4: Rafikov did factor on the scoresheet in Russia's semifinal win over Sweden.

Jan. 5: Rafikov had three shots on net and was minus-1 in Russia's gold medal loss to Canada.
